Only products purchased on pourmoibeauty.com with valid and associated complete order information may be accepted for exchange or return. Please e-mail us at orders@pourmoibeauty.com with all information about your order that we can start the return/exchange process. USE A PRE-PAID UPS SHIPPING LABEL

A free return label will be provided to you via email when you contact orders@pourmoibeauty.com. What to do?

  1. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package.
  2. Fill out the return and exchange form included with your shipment. If the return and exchange form is not available, please e-mail orders@pourmoibeauty.com and we will provide you with the form.
  3. Carefully repack the unused products in the original packaging along with the completed return and exchange form.
  4. Drop package at any UPS store or UPS drop-box
